@Ken and anybody else. I'm replacing all, well most, of my kitchen equipment. What do I need to buy first?

 

You gotta be more specific! Do you mean knives, bowls, cutting boards, appliances? What is in the worst shape? If your knives aren't good, I would start there.

 

Replaced my knives and cutting boards. I'm looking at pans and appliances.

 

I'll give you several suggestions. I've thought this through a few times.

- Chocolate Fountain
- Soft pretzel maker
- Soft serve ice cream machine
- Bag sealer
