yeah I usually do burritos quesadillas or nachos, with tacos there's a sweet spot of how many you're supposed to order , both to fill you up and that makes sense financially, and I can never hit it

 

I just learned that I haven't been cooking tofu the best way.

 

How do you make it? I loove making Tofu but I always press it and almost always freeze it first too

 

I had never heard of pressing it or freezing it. I just kept it in the fridge, drained it, and dumped it in the pan. I'm a shit cook though and can't believe I never researched it for as long as I've been eating it.

I'm a weirdo bc I love hard shell tacos and I like the little bite you get at the end when it crunches apart and the stuff falls out onto your plate.

Tacos are one of those things where it's like yeah I'll get them if that's the only thing available. if I can choose burrito though that is the easy pick.

The hard shell really compliments the softer components inside. It's a lovely contrast that collides together in perfect, delicious harmony.

 

Tacos are great but they spill so much

 

Another exciting thing about tacos. When the contents spill, they can easily convert to Nachos. They're the transformers of mexican cuisine.
