Yeah I love sautéed onions and mushrooms on top of steak. Bleu cheese would only make it better.

1/3 Whipped Butter + 2/3 point reyes blue cheese crumbles + chives + parsley + salt + pepper in a food processor until evenly blended and smooth.

 

Wow, that point reyes blue cheese is $33 for 18oz. Looks really good though. Seriously considering ordering some.

 

I bought a very small bag of it lol. It's insanely good.

 

I think the smallest amount you can get online is (3) 6 oz. bags for $33 or I'd buy less. All the reviews are people literally losing their minds over how good it is.

 

I saw it at wegman's and recognized the name from a charcuterie board I had a few months back. You could get by with boars head or something just the same though.

 

Yeah, I'm sure there are plenty of great cheaper cheeses that would do just fine. Would love to try some of that stuff sometime though. I'll look locally first.
