I wouldn't say they are necessarily a competitor everywhere just particularly here in Houston. Either way their concepts are good for sure

 

Right on. I live in Dallas and they are all over here. I've never been to Pappa's steaks or BBQ, but Pappadeux and Pappasitos are legit.

edit: just looked it up and I didn't realize there were that many different Pappa's restaurants. The ones I mentioned were all I knew about.

Pappadeaux and Pappasitos are great (especially Pappadeaux), haven't been to any of the others

Also Texas Roadhouse is great wtf

 

Appreciate that man! Our fajitas are ridiculous.

Personally I think BBQ is my least favorite but still good regardless. Steakhouse is amazing just very expensive for sure.

Haha yeah there's alot of locations. Surprisingly we're only in 8 states. I think we have close to 100 locations now which is crazy.

I went to bonefish with a group for a friend's bday. There were close to 15 of us and they had some liquor taste testing thing you could order and we were wasted before our food came. We also got in trouble several times for being too loud. Ahhh..youth.

Bonefish Grill - 2/22/17

Well, overall I was glad I went, and it was good. I did not care for the atmosphere, I thought it would have been better if it was brighter.

I ordered one of the catches of the day, which was Norwegian Salmon. I got it with a lemon butter sauce and au gratin potatoes and steamed broccoli for my sides. The sides were fine, broccoli was a bit mushy and the potatoes had kind of a velveeta tasting sauce that I wasn't super fond of. The salmon was delicious though! Very moist, very flavorful, cooked perfectly.

I actually ordered spinach instead of broccoli so they screwed that up. I was debating between the spinach and broccoli anyways, so I decided not to say anything. Other than that the service was great.

edit: Total with tip came to $31.19, which was probably $6 too high, especially considering I only had water to drink. I probably would never go here at home with my wife, too many other places that are better and less than half the price.

Its better because it can smash your bread together and literally form a container for the inside. I put garlic in mine with pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese, onions, mushroom, green peppers, jalapenos, etc.
