My whole family is obsessed with this show. I'm convinced Dr. Now probably lives off of ramen and junkfood while he councils obese people and their eating habits.

The patients are like "I don't know why I can't lose the 50lb I need to lose so he will schedule surgery for me!"

 

Also no peppers!

 

My wife was obsessed too back when we had cable haha.

uhhh at quick glance the two i see are longhorn and ruby tuesday. there's a longhorn near me, i just have never been, but i don't think there are any ruby tuesday's in wisconsin.

 

There was even this one lady who ended up with an eating disorder after she lost too much weight years after her surgery. At one point he told her to gain 25lbs bc her collarbones were protruding more than they should. Super interesting show all around.

 

Longhorn is too expensive for the quality you get, imo.

 

100000000000000000% bonefish. Longhorn is trash and ruby tuesday's isn't much better. unless you love applebees and outback steakhouse. I will give ruby tuesday's some credit though, their triple prime burger is bang-bang.

can't they break the bones and reset them or something? I'd be pissed off if I lost all that weight and they told me to stop.

 

I really enjoy Longhorn for what it is, but I also enjoy other Darden restaurants as well.

Ruby Tuesday's is good because v they have a salad bar, can never go wrong with that.

Also My 600-lbs life is absolutely fascinating while also being incredibly terrifying and disgusting at the same time. Gets really addicting.

 

Although that's why he said she needed to gain the weight her compulsive weighing and starving herself after losing 500lbs was out of control. He sent her to a therapist too.

I liked Outback last time I went there

 

i do like outback as well. not bad.

i've heard longhorn compared to texas roadhouse and that's what's kept me from going because i fucking hate texas.

 

I like Outback too. They have good house salads, burgers, and BLOOMIN ONIONS.

I must have a shitty outback in my town. I used to like it as a kid, but not even the bloomin' onion is good there anymore.

I'd say Longhorn is nicer than Texas Roadhouse, at least the ones I've been to.

Is there a good chain steak restaurant out there? It seems like they all suck. Even the nicer ones like Morton's and Ruth's Chris are not that good. Ocean Prime and Capital Grille are delicious... but so so so so overpriced.

 

Only been to Ruth's Chris and Capital Grille but enjoyed both but also agree very expensive

 

yeah i like ruth's chris quite a bit but it's insane to spend like almost $200 for two people to eat there

 

Yeah, they're insane. All of the a la carte stuff is such a ripoff. I do suggest Ocean Prime if you all like Ruth's Chris. Overpriced, but absurdly good.

 

I've had a lot of steak and somehow Chili's has the best ribeye to me. That is beyond weird bc it's a dirt cheap restaurant chain.

 

I almost never get to eat steak because I'm fucking cheap. Saltgrass is about as fancy as I get.
