Nuts and fruit do not belong in salads under any circumstances unless it's specifically a fruit and/or nut salad

Wedge salad is something I just can't get on board with. I don't want to eat a giant head of iceberg lettuce.

so you don't like cucumbers, avocados, green or red peppers, olives, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, tomatoes, etc. in your salads?

damn. do you just eat lettuce with dressing?

No, no, no or no, yes(you got me), idk, hell no, disgusting, and possibly.

I like other things on my salads besides just Lettuce just not those things. Cheese, chicken, ham, turkey, egg, sunflower seeds, croutons, bacon bits

I think I need to try tomatoes again bc I used to hate them. But I also hated peas and now like them so maybe my tastes have changed!

If you like to cook, cooking with a food you dislike is a great way to learn to like it.

I'd start with a caprese salad because then at least you have the mozzarella

I've been battling some kind of digestive/IBS issue for almost a week now. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with my poor eating habits. I'm trying to change that, but this fuckin' sucks. I feel like there's nothing I can eat right now. I've only eaten grilled chicken and veggies for the past 3 days and I'm still having problems, and I really want to eat something else.

Do the BRAT diet for a day or two. You'll be okay.

I've been thinking about doing that, but I feel like gluten might be an issue, so rice and stuff like that might not be the best idea. I dunno... I guess even if I just ate bananas and applesauce I'd be okay...

Looking it up now, they don't recommend the brat diet anymore haha. So, yeah, I would avoid it. Nevermind!

If you're trying to lose weight don't buy this salad dressing/dip. My sister bought it for me and it's 110 cal for 2 tbsp and I could drink this it's so good.

lmao. yeah... my gf studied nutrition, and I'm convinced that a plant based diet is pretty much the best thing for you, but I'm mostly a carnivore so it's difficult. I'm mainly wanting to cut out white stuff (sugar, flour, refined carbs) and limit my meat consumption. It's just getting to that point and getting over this bout of IBS.
