I re-read this a different way and got a chuckle.

 

It's wing night at the best wing place in the city. It's a little out of the way for most people so it's never too crowded and they're SO amazing and have the best flavors I am currently day dreaming of what flavors I want *heart eye emoji *

 

Jealous of wing night, but there's a place near me that's doing a Prohibition Day special and selling burgers and long island ice teas for $3.33 tonight, so I'll be doing that.

Fries fried in duck fat instead of oil...if you think bacon fat makes everything taste better? Try duck fat...

 

Man I've barely had duck let alone been anywhere that has duck fat

 

I had duck fat fries at this winery/restaurant that serves homemade sauces with them (including ketchup, which was actually p good). Best fries I've ever had.

 

Easy, I did say "dish" on purpose. I only mean Rice Krispie squares are better than any other mix of anything ever. But stuff that's just singular like broccoli or brussels sprouts are still fair game

I used to just caramelize white onion in butter with pepper and eat it by itself because I am gross and hate myself.

I used to do that and then make it into an omelet with American cheese.

I mean I work with produce all day and I can't even answer simple questions on "can I use (produce) in my (insert dish)"

 

Yeah, I prefer sharp cheddar. But we only had American cheese back in the day.

 

Everyone should buy these. Makes for a wonderful quesadilla. Hell, you could eat them plain and they're still delicious.
