I made pizza nachos.

Saving and reheating nachos sucks.

Sooooooooooo.

I flatten out pizza dough and bake it until it is crispy, then cut it into a bunch of triangles.

Then I you just put pizza toppings on them. I cooked spicy sausage and then onions and mushrooms in the sausage grease and pepperoni.

Then I made a bechamel sauce which is just a fancy way of saying I cooked a bunch of garlic in butter, added flour to make a a roux, then added parmesan cheese and whisked in milk until it was the right consistency.

I put the triangle pizza crust "chips" on a baking tray, put the sausage, onion, and mushrooms over top, drizzled on the garlic sauce, drizzled on store bought marinara sauce (Newman's Sockarooni), put a whole shit ton of mozzarella, and pepperoni on top. Popped it in the oven till the pepperoni crisped and served it with a side of marinara sauce.

 

I don't think they serve limp biscuits at Dunkin, you should be near one find out

 

Are oreos real chocolate because I have a real hard time eating chocolate but never have an issue with oreos

 

I just ordered a bunch of tacos, one of which is cabeza. Will report back.
