Crossfit is hard and so is Insanity.

 

I do this thing where I go to the gym and then eat McDonald's afterwards.

I feel like shit. Which has become my equilibrium.

 

Same dude! It sucks. Haha. I made a committed decision to change. It wasn't fucking working.

 

The lady and I are trying to make a concerted effort to make ourselves healthier. Neither of us is very much overweight but we could definitely be healthier. It's just so fucking hard to change the way we eat, which was borne out of college poverty, and to find time to want to drag ourselves to the gym. Especially, because the effort to reward ratio is so small.

 

My girlfriend is like 105 lbs soaking wet. All she eats is like salad and peanut butter lol damn her.

Yeah it's really hard. Something about tracking what I eat, not insane tracking but tracking specific numbers really helps. I have an app that does it all and it really makes you accountable and makes things easier for some reason.

 

I am always hungry which is a side effect of the 4 medicines I take for bipolar. I've gained like 20lbs from the medicine. Sucks.

Molly always blames me because she used to be a twig and she would eat like one grilled cheese a day and now that I cook for her she looks like a real person. I could definitely stand to lose some weight and should probably commit to really regimenting myself. We are working now on just committing to a set gym schedule. Once we really get that down I want to move to changing how we eat.

I feel this. This is the worst.

 

I think I'm gonna get one of those pre-made Cordon Bleus from publix for dinner or something like that. Those are usually good.
