Forgot this place existed.

 

We didn't forget about you.

 

I had to use ketchup the other night. I had no other options to deal with some super dry chicken. It was terrible.

 

Chicken begs for mustard! I love ketchup at the right time, but I can't think of a time it would ever go well with bawk-bawk.

 

I had no mustard or ranch D:

 

I'm going to eat Thai until I explode tonight.

 

I had frozen shrimp fried rice. it's about what you'd expect

 

dinner was culvers. double cheeseburger, fries, cheese curds. ate too much.

 

Dinner was curly fries and onion rings cause my rm forgot to pay the water bill so they shut it off and I didn't know if it'd be back on yet lol

 

Dinner was Boar's Head rotisserie chicken and cheese cubes with tons of mustard because meh.

 

I had an eat n park steak salad (where my pittsburgh peeps at? Steak, fries, hard boiled eggs, ranch, a real light salad ya know).

 

EnP is pretty great. I have only been a couple of times, but I'm a fan

 

Enchillladadas.

 

I hate you.

 

I don't hate enchillladadas.

 

But I hate you for having them.

I haven't had enchiladas in a year. It breaks my heart a little.

 

Hit the grocery store! They're really easy to make.

 

They are, but I had bariatric surgery. I could probably do a knock off, but it's not worth the effort when I can't eat much of anything :P

 

My dad makes a delish healthier version of enchiladas. idk how he does it but he's a cooking genius and it's possible!!

 

How long until you're able to "eat normally" again?

 

I'm a year out. I eat a mostly carb-free diet. I'm not able to do moderation, so no tortillas or toast or anything.

 

Dunk my off-brand double stuff Oreos in milk...twas delicious!

 

Instead of dreaming of enchiladas, I'm now eating some low carb chocolate ice cream with PB2 sprinkled on top.

Life is okay.

 

You could totally do a year without crab. Seafood is overrated anyways.

I joke. Enjoy all of your burritos and toast in a year. I wouldn't have the willpower to make it a month.
