Look the liquor store didn't have any so I bought the one that was on sale at Albertsons

 

I honestly just made the best tacos in history. I'm like a kid who just got a nintendo 64 for Christmas the first year it came out right now.

Braised short ribs (Loosely based on a Bobby Flay Recipe), freshly pickled red onions, chopped cilantro, avocado cubes in lime juice and salt, and a touch of grated pepper jack cheese. The flavor of the short ribs was so spicy and intense... it changes everything I thought I knew about preparing short ribs. Definitely in the conversation for best taco I've ever had. I never expected that conversation to include something I've made. Normally I hate the food I cook. Well, not hate... but I'm disappointed

I like the regular and I prefer the slices to the spears. Clausens are the best though!

I don't really like pickles. I don't mind the sweet kind but I don't really eat those either. I know that makes me terrible but the silver lining is if you eat lunch with me I give you all my pickles so it's a win-win situation!
