One time it was cold out and I put a tortilla that I had just heated up on my chest for warmth. Burnt the fuck outta my nipple. I've never been the same.

I literally fried an egg on concrete once. I didn't eat it though.

I cooked Crème Brulee on the sidewalk once.

 

How did you brulee it?

 

The ants did that part for me. My little insect sous-chefs.

 

They must have been fire ants.

 

Prolly, the Brulee was definitely fire.

 

What's the best thing you've ever made? Besides the fire-ant creme brulee.

I made some pretty delicious Seared Ahi Tuna with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus one time. I don't know if that's the BEST thing, but it was good and the first thing I thought of. It was for V-day one year.

 

Sounds amazing. How'd you season the tuna?

 

Damn, it's hard to answer that question.

 

I think I put the tuna in a marinade and then set it on each side in a super hot skillet. Just like a minute on each side and then rolled it in sesame seeds before slicing it. I forgot what kind of marinade it was, but it was kind of sweet, and delicious.

 

You can do it.

Sounds really good. The only tuna dish I've made is tuna salad and tartare haha.
