I've really been considering making egg crepes and using them as faux tortillas so I can have chicken enchiladas. But that's a lot of work. :/

I need to get over my problem with textures. I don't like bananas for that reason.

 

I also have some texture issues, food shouldn't me mushy though

 

I really wanted lasagna, so I bought some ricotta and mozzarella. Layered that with a little chicken, pepperoni, and sauce and holy shit this is perfect.

It always annoyed me when people talked about not liking food because of texture. Lol

 

I am the worst with textures. It is to the point where certain foods make me almost puke because of the texture. No idea why but I hate it and it is very annoying. I'm stupid picky with food because of it and I'm jealous of everyone eating all these different foods. Like if I had to eat oatmeal for some reason......I would be gagging so bad. Just the thought of it bothers me lol

 

I don't have textural issues with foods but I think it's a pretty common thing. To answer my question a while back, I think it's why some kids are so picky but they can't always verbalize that it's the texture bothering them.

Me and my friend made one tonight too! Actually we had so much that we ended up making two, and out of the two we only ate a slice each so there's a ton left and I am def bringing it to work on Monday to force everyone to eat it for me.

we have so much filling left and i didnt feel like making more crust so we're just refrigerating the rest for now, we'll make another if the first turns out well. we're taking it to a family thing at my grandparents' tomorrow and if it turns out bad we're just gonna not bring it lol

she sampled a little bit of one and said it wasnt sweet enough but she's critical of her own cooking so we'll see!
