I never worry about that stuff. There are much more probable bad things that can happen to think about the small chance of catching some food borne illness

I guess I don't buy canned soup that much, but I've never seen that

 

If your youth wasn't filled with eating those cheap lil red and white cans of Campbell's soup idk what to say to you rn!!!!!
I was alllll about collecting those soup labels for school

I don't buy them much as an adult tho. I was all about the Safeway deli soup but they keep raising the price and reformulated in a bad way. I did buy the newer cauliflower and cheddar flavor today tho. We'll see how that one goes! If I could spend my days eating soup and sandwiches I would.

 

We were more of a Chef Boyardee ravioli family

 

We were a store brand knock off Chef Boyardee family lol. I enjoyed those when I was younger but I had some Chef Boyardee recently and it was legit one of the nastiest things I've eaten. Had to throw most of it out cause I couldn't deal.

My parents didn't cook for us all the time and we didn't really know how, so it was an eat what you can find situation for us a lot of the time. We had the ravioli, then there was frozen Mexican microwave dinners that in retrospect were garbage. I am still a fan of eating a bowl of canned chili though

 

See and you never know where it's gonna come from so why worry

haha yep. my parents were divorced and both worked so we were home alone most of the time and lots of canned, boxed, and frozen foods were consumed lol. I was all about the frozen brand taquitos and the big boxes of frozen corndogs. I attribute my low standards of food to that to this day!!

 

I know it's terrible but I always liked to have one of the mini corn dogs or chicken nuggets still frozen before we cooked them

 

Omg I used to eat cold hotdogs. I was somewhere recently where a parent asked their kid if they wanted their hotdog warmed up or cold and I got bad flashbacks lol.

I went to Waffle House for the first time this morning. Definitely a decent omelette for the price, I'd go again.

My mom is having a BBQ tomorrow and when I asked her what there was gonna be for me to eat, it basically amounts to two different kinds of salads and deviled eggs. It's amazing what ppl think is filling lol. Just tell me to bring stuff and I will but I'm not a giraffe. I don't just eat leaves, I need some protein up in here.

The maple syrup was peach flavored and there were baked peaches on the waffles

 

I am a clean freak about my kitchen and my sister does not take that into consideration. I'm dying. Everytime I clean it she fucks it up again. I'm not mad it's funny. She'd clean it before she left but I'm the type person who needs it to be done ASAP.
