This is the year I learn to properly cook. My sister got me started with Blue Apron and while I've yet to get a flawess victory over any of the 6 or so recipes yet (a couple being complete disasters), I've got some good momentum going. This week: Beer Brats!

 

Was up at 2 am making a bagel and realized we didn't have cream cheese so I made a blt bagel. ended up being pretty bomb. I'm hungry again though.

 

I don't know which brand of bagel, but there's one that's perfect without cream cheese. Reminds me of the rolls my grandma makes on Thanksgiving.
