I only like vegan mayo and sparingly

Sandwiches without mayo are so dry and gross. I've used every alternative people suggest, and none make the cut. Plus I like deviled eggs and egg salad sandwiches

Sometimes you need to moisten your food up, ya know? It's just a necessary ingredient

i use either mustard or hummus, or sometimes cranberry sauce if it is a turkey sandwich

Mayo is a moisturizer and a food glue. It keeps all the insides from falling out! I realize this makes mayo sound even grosser lol

I used to love mustard before I used it too much and got burned out. I've just started coming back around to it again but I only use a Lil bit

Yes, yes it does. Mayo matters though.

I still only like honey and chipotle mustard, can't eat the original if I wanted to.

I made an awesome thanksgiving sandwich with cranberry sauce for my mom to eat on the plane like that once, apparently it ruled. It's a good combo.

mayo is okay in small quantities, but if a sandwich is drenched in it, super gross

It's called shakshuka. Poached eggs in tomato sauce with jalapeƱos and tahini.

  19. Def pro-mayo but only in certain instances and in moderation always.

Pretty sure I've had shakshuka before or at least something pretty similar. Very good.

I work at a small town restaurant and figured I'd post some stuff I made today.

This is a caprese sandwich. Like the salad but on a ciabatta bun. Tomato, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, homemade pesto and balsamic glaze.

This is a typical gyro with mandarin sesame cucumber salad.

And this was my lunch. Fried pork chop on a brioche bun topped with homemade pesto, goat cheese, and a hodgepodge of grilled onions, spring mix and sun dried tomatoes cooked in lemon butter... and it was amazing.

    Obviously.

I cooked lobster often at the last place I worked. Unfortunately my wife got another job so we had to relocate. I really enjoyed cooking there... much more high end.
