Sounds good to me!

 

Is there a fast food thread, or do we just post that kind of thing in here?

Anyway, I'm going to In N Out for the first time ever (I know, I know) when I'm in Vegas in May. I've heard a lot about it. What do I order? What must I try?

In N Out veterans, please assist.

I second that motion

 

Slow -cooked brased steak from a couple of days ago. Just simple garlic salt seasoning on the braising steak before flash frying, then slow cook in a pool (and I mean pool) of rich beef and red wine gravy (with various other seasonings and herbs) for about 10 hours. Served with mashed potatoes and veg and it's heaven. Probably my favourite meal, so rich though.

The beef falls apart and you end up with this incredible gravy full of chunks of meat that melt apart when you just stir it in the pot. It's unreal and I want it all over again.



Lemongrass, chili and coconut noodles today for a vegeatarian day though.

This sounds delicious! You should try our burgers, although the only location there is in DFW Airport.

Sounds like a good diet to me!

If you have chili or tuna you can make a meal out of that and Mac & Cheese. The wife and I do it all the time!

Then DO IT! What you described sounds similar to the Juicy Lucy, just make sure to get extra napkins. Oh and I work for Pappas Restaurants in case you were wondering, I guess I didn't really say that previously haha.

I don't really eat sushi and I've never been there, so probably just ignore my suggestion... but I've heard that Deep Sushi in Deep Ellum is supposed to be good.

 

I'm not sure I've been to any sushi places in that area. In fact it's been too long since I've had sushi. Need to fix that

bananas are underrated imo. top 10 food for sure.

 

They're alright, the one time we fed them to my son, he got constipated.

I disagree. mayonnaise should definitely have some rules set into place though. like every jar comes with a list of acceptable foods that could be consumed with mayonnaise. Scrambled eggs wouldn't be on that list.
