Aren't disco fries just cheese fries? Or do they always have gravy too?

No there is no reason for cheese fries not to come with chives, bacon, maybe some chili, the possibilities are endless but not just cheese! Would you eat nachos with just cheese? I don't think so

 

It's not ideal but I would totally eat fries or nachos with just cheese.

 

Except fries are more flavorful that just tortilla chips! Chili cheese fries make sense, I'll give you that. But fries dipped in some nacho cheese or queso are delicious and perfectly fine. Not to say that adding extras like chili or caramelized onions isn't good, but regular cheese fries are fucking delicious. Now, I personally don't care for bacon on my fries. And if I'm putting some herbs on them, it's herbes de provence.

I'll eat them without toppings as long as there's ranch for dipping. Also I'm a much bigger fan of melted cheese than queso or nacho cheese

 

10 is usually the perfect amount. But I've eaten as many as 35 before. That was when I was 16 and growing still though, haha.

 

ketchup is the only thing I need for fries.

As long as we can agree that mozzarella fries especially with bacon are the worst cheese fries of them all, I think we've found common ground and can move forward.

I dunno, I think fries+hot sauce+blue cheese is a strong combo. Or fries+bbq mixed with hot sauce.

I dip garlic bread and breads into A1.
