Haha. I have done this WAY too many times.

At least you didn't put your food in before work and then come back 8 hours later to have a crock pot full of stuff that you have to throw away.

 

In case anyone was wondering the chicken turned out awesome.

 

Even though I had to eat it at 11pm.

 

Recently went on a diet cause I really let myself go. Been making lots of good healthy foods like Chickpea Curry and Quinoa Stuffed Peppers... But god damn do I want a fucking cheeseburger

 

Had chick fil a immediately after leaving the gym yesterday

 

Cheeseburgers are so dope. Specifically with pepperjack. Or habanero-cheddar-jack. Or Mushroom Swiss burgers. Or with provolone.

 

I could be way off base here, but I think considering all the fast food options, Chick Fil-A is one of the healthier choices.

 

Are there Chick-fil-a's in CT/MA?

 

It's definitely one of the tastier.

 

Also, American cheese might be the best cheese on a burger. I love provolone and pepper jack, swiss, cheddar, blue, etc., but the way it melts is perfect.

 

I'm dying. My gma insists on taking us out for every meal. I enjoy the food but my pants fit tight lately. I'd already gained a lil for being so sedentary this summer and now this haha. Hope when I go back to work and move around more it'll work itself out!

I'm annoyed tho. Got veggie lo mein last night and it had like no veggies, and I know it used to. Hate when places skimp. They have huge portion sizes too. Rather have a reasonable portion with actual veggies if they're gonna skimp!

 

American cheese is one of the only cheeses I don't like. Maybe it's a mental thing. Aren't white American and yellow American the same?

 

Depends on the brand, I believe, but they're extremely close... although I think they do taste slightly differently. However, I don't even mean American, I mean velveeta singles specifically haha.

I would never use them for anything other than a burger or a grilled cheese though.

Yeah I almost don't even consider American to be real cheese.

 

American cheese is the worst and the only cheeses I use are pepper jack or swish.

I'm inviting everyone in this thread to come over for burgers at my place. They will be served with velveeta, caramelized onions, and bacon. On a potato roll. Let me know when works for you.

 

I didn't even realize it autocorrected to swish but Swiss and swish is the best.
