surely can't be a pancake, right?

 

It is Spanish for pancake. Fun, right?

 

I took 2 years of Chinese and this is all I remember:

Vegan grocery shopping didn't break the bank like I thought it would. Unsweetened Cashew milk is delicious compared to almond milk and all that crap.

 

Tripe is good.
That beer is probably good.
Blood pudding is good.

I've always wanted to try haggis

 

I haven't had haggis. I've had menudo though so I've had tripe. I don't remember if I've ever had lengua before

 

I love lengua. If you are fed it without knowing what it was you would just think it was the best pot roast you've ever had. I always get lengua and tripe tacos.

 

I had scrapple for the first time a couple months ago visiting friends in Philadelphia. I had never heard of it before and I always try to eat new things. The kind I had wasn't bad. It just tasted like burnt bacon. I like fried Spam though, so what do I know?

 

Went to the one good BBQ place in the state for dinner. They were out of brisket sadly, but the pulled pork was very good.
