I could eat apple butter by the spoonful it's so good lol

 

I tried apple butter for the first time with toast last week and it was delicious.

 

I didn't know biscuits and gravy was a southern thing. They're everywhere here

 

Cracker Barrel might make the best B&G I've ever had besides my moms.

 

I love apple butter.

I remember as a kid when we would visit my grandparents in Louisville we would always stop at Cracker Barrel so I grew up believing that Cracker Barrel was a special thing you could only go to on trips. As an adult when I realized I could go whenever I wanted my life was truly enriched.

 

I never knew about it until I moved to AZ. They have a lot out here.

Their gift shop is so cute but they try to sell you a #2 pencil for $15. The prices are too rich for my blood.

 

My mom tried to make fried plantains and uh...it's a fail.

 

They exploit their own customers by making them walk through a sea of crap before they can eat. It's a smart business model.

Same with Walgreens. Why you gotta put the pharmacist all the way in the back, huh?!

 

I swore I'd never shop at Whole Foods again, but I caved today and bought a pound of their prepared Steak Fajitas and some of their chicken salad.

 

I went there once to get bulk nuts and when they read me my total, I was like, "Did you scan each of these 10 times?"

I doubt I'll go there again. That said, the pistachios I got were the best I've ever had.

Improvised snack I made one day after class: wrapping slices of prosciutto around potato chips. ~Classy~.
