I was making an omelette for myself tonight, cooked down some mushrooms, onions, garlic and spinach together. Took it all out of the pan to put aside before mixing the eggs... realized I have no eggs. So now I am eating a spinach thanggg with goat cheese crumble on top. It's pretty amazing thankfully

those are bomb. other than that BJ's is pretty mediocre in my opinion. I hear the baked potatoes are good but I don't really like baked potatoes.

also re the cookie dough: I wonder what the cookie dough used for ice cream is made out of or how it's made.

I am drinking a "fruited" ice tea from Dunkin Donuts because I decided I drink too much ice coffee from there. I'm not sure this is any better but it makes me feel better.

It's surprisingly good besides the fact that the mango and pineapple pieces DON'T FIT UP THE FUCKING STRAW.

Tried making eggs in a frame this morning. The butter burnt up, the egg stuck to the pan, flipping the bread just made a mess of the whole thing, and then what was left of the most likely still raw egg was soaked up by the sour dough bread. halp.

I have never heard it called this but I think I know what you are talking about. Could you mean egg in a basket, wherein you cut a circle out of a piece of toast and fill it with an egg and fry it?

that's the one. aka the breakfast dish a 12 year old could make.

I started out at medium, realized the butter was burning so put it to low, then put it on high after throwing the bread on so it didn't get soggy, but after putting the egg on I realized it would stick so I put it to medium low, and then after flipping the break I went back to high to try and cook the raw egg that was in the bread.

Why not just fry eggs and make toast on the side? Or even better--poach them. Is the experience of having eggs in a nest really that great? I've never had it either.

I'm not sure how you managed this. But you did.

The idea is to cook the egg over medium/easy in the hole and then you use the circular bread cut out to break the yolk which stays nicely contained in the hole for easy dipping.

Ah, I see. My problem is that I'm not a dipper. I prefer chaos on my plate. Break the yolk and spread it around.

English muffin > toast anyway. Especially with eggs.

I love toast. Dry toast, buttered, jelly. I live in a state of nausea ever since I was a kid and toast always made me feel better so I eat some almost every morning. Bagels are my jam too.
