I'm drinking sparkling water right now (and every day), so I'll just keep pretending it's super healthy.

 

Yesterday I pulled up to a gas station and when I got out this dude gets out of his car and leans into his lady in the car and asks if she wanted anything. She asked for a water and loudly he said "WATER? WHY THE FUCK WE PAYING FOR SHIT THAT"S FREE? WATER?"

He then came in to the store after me and was still mumbling to himself "She said she wants WATER. I don't understand her ever, WATER?"

I've never connected with something so profoundly as I sip on stupid ass water today.

 

I had three days where I was drinking just water everyday and meeting my daily intake but I caved and ruined it. I don't drink soda every day but I like it a lot. For me to get my daily water intake I pretty much can only drink water otherwise it's like torture trying to drink all the drinks. I don't like sparkling water either. I have a water infuser water bottle thing and that helps. I like to put different fruits and things in to see what I like best. I think it's hard to transition tho for ppl who don't drink a lot of water. I like the plant nanny app cause I am guilted into drinking water so my plant doesn't die. I actually just uninstalled the app cause I felt guilty for not meeting my intake lol so I guess it didn't work

 

Cucumber and mint infused water is my favorite so far.

 

I might have to try this fruit thing. I literally would drink 1 energy drink and 3 sodas every day before 5 and possibly one more soda or energy drink with dinner if I wasn't having a beer. I would literally only really drink water if 1) I was sick 2) there was nothing else in the house and I didn't want to go anywhere 3) brushing my teeth and when I was done swishing, drink some from the faucet lol. Day one and I'm miserable af. I'll keep drinking water if you do though, we can make a blood pact.

 

Tried this but I always ate the cucumber bc it's delicious.

Dang that's a lot! I usually drink a can or fountain soda once or twice a week currently - usually when I get fast food which I'm also trying to cut down. If I buy soda for the house I'll have one a day so I try not to buy it. I want it to get to the point where I only drink soda if I'm at a restaurant or at the movies or something. The hardest part for me is I really don't drink much, so I know I have to be dehydrated. Forcing myself to drink when I'm not thirsty is tough but I was getting used to it before I caved lol. We can do it!

 

Tried Ojja Merguez for breakfast at a place called Habbouz Tunisian Cuisine. Sausage, two eggs, green peppers, and sauce. It was delicious. Also tried a cup of rose drink which was solid.

I've got a little more confidence to try new things now.

Water from a Brita is probably my favorite beverage.

Had an Adovada stuffed sopapilla with red chili today in Albuqurque. So unhealthy, but fuck was it good.
