I had a few with Nerds. The novelty wore off quickly.


I might try Thai or some Mediterranean place this week. Gotta' figure out chopsticks in a hurry in case it's the first option haha.

 

I made a quesadilla and it's not good. Eating salad now instead. It has a sweet onion vinaigrette and is yummy but not as good as the Kale salad

 

Making eggplant parmesan. Hopefully this bagged frozen stuff is good

I tried a Wheat Thin last week and had to buy a box. Pretty sure I've had them before but I don't remember them being this good.

 

whenever bacon is set to be its own meat it's doomed to fail. it's just not self sufficient

 

A lot of people will disagree with you but not me , I don't like bacon plain but it gives meat a good smoky flavor when cooked with it

 

It's really rough, but at least it's gotten easier in the last few years! When I first found out I had Celiac, there were hardly any options.

And I love bacon, but I do think it's at its best when combined with other meats.

 

Other than BLTs, when is bacon its own meat? When 2 slices are placed on a breakfast plate along side the main course? It's not a steak or a chicken fillet. In most situations (BLTs excluded) it's only there to accompany a larger picture. It has its place, and if you're trying to put it elsewhere, that's on you.

Eating it by itself is great, it's just not good as the main feature of a sandwich

 

I have bacon on grilled cheese sandwiches. It's good but definitely meant to be an accent and not an all-encompassing meat.

Today was simple. It's Memorial Day so I ate all the burgers.

 

I had pizza hut and it was surprisingly ok.

 

I like Pizza Hut.

 

Their new sauce w/ thin crust and garlic butter is p good.

I don't even eat bacon anymore because no meat, but what the hell you guys. You don't eat bacon just by itself. Bacon stands alone. Bacon stands tall. This thread never ceases to ruin my day!

 

Bacon is probably best by itself but is never a detriment to other foods as a topping or addition

 

There is no wrong way to go about eating bacon.

 

Yup exactly and even though it's best by itself it doesn't have the ability to carry other meals by itself if it's an ingredient and not standing alone

 

It's a garnish meat, and a damn good one.

 

It's an underrated pizza topping too.
