Found a nice piece of cod at the store this weekend so I made some fish tacos

 

made philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers. delightful

 

@phaynes12 . I love stuffed peppers and they're good no matter what you stuff in em!

 

Made ricotta stuffed bell peppers today. Turned out decent!

Puff pastry filled with raspberries and some vanilla-ish sauce (I don't actually remember what exactly was in the sauce otherwise, it's been a few weeks but I forgot to post it)

 

It looks incredible, haven't seen anything like that around where I live.

At first glance I thought it was some kind of pastry filled with queso and sausage. It's early. Still need some coffee lol.

 

Stuff like this (as in what I posted) is pretty common in France, Southern Germany, Switzerland, Austria etc.

 

A very common Dutch snack is actually something that you could describe as sausage pastry lol

idk if this is what you're referring too, but there's an English restaurant nearby and I had a meal there called "Toad in the Hole". It was sausage stuffed inside a puff pastry.

 

The one here looks like this, inside is a sort of sausage and what is probably curry ketchup

 

prosciutto with melon is the best summer snack

Had spaghetti with cheese for super last night--I also added a bit of garlic salt to it, was perfect!!

 

Yep! Can't go wrong with cauliflower and cheese!

 

I smoked some ribs and a couple turkey breasts over the weekend.
My wife liked them so much that she said I could "maybe" look into starting my own bbq food truck!

 

Just got a bunch of peppers to make homemade salsa this weekend. That’s about the only thing I can make pretty well lol.

Made Claire Saffitz’s cherry cobbler with biscuits and wow it is so beautiful. I baked up some extra biscuits I had and they’re fantastic.
