    I'm thinking of making this raw tomato sauce recipe I found, but is uses anchovy. Any suggestions on a vegetarian replacement? I've been thinking capers maybe. It all goes into the blender by the way.

    I just looked it up and that stuff looks amazing. I’m guessing it tastes kind of salty and umami like parmesan/fish sauce but made out of fermented plum. Crazy haha

    Oh, also, I wanted to share this one with you guys because we're making it tonight:

    Conchiglie with Yogurt, Peas, and Chile

    We eat this one a lot and it's really fucking good. Ottolenghi is pretty damn good at what he does.

    It’s a good idea but I don’t have skewers. I might try a teriyaki recipe I found, or do them like scallops which looks super interesting.
