One of my favorite local chefs is offering takeout tonight and I can’t wait to eat it. Steak tartare, lamb chops with citrus & herb salad and potato rosti, and creme caramel for dessert.

I made some green chile cheeseburgers tonight

 

I just found out the tomato sauce my mom makes, that I've always hated, has no onions in it. Not dried, not powdered. And the "garlic" comes come garlic salt. I'm just so confused

These issues remind me of that article @Ken posted a few weeks ago and make everything stated in that about their brand and image stand out even more harshly now.

Waiters have to wear masks as do customers when they’re not at tables here. We also chose a place that’s got a really big patio so tables are 10+ ft apart.

 

I recently made a marinara just by using garlic and for once it tasted like a legitimate marinara and not like tomato soup. So I think I’m never using onions in my tomato sauces now!
