    cooking that many at a time they put out too much liquid in the bottom of the pan. when I reheat for leftovers I’ll use the oven and baste the underside that was originally in the liquid. the cook and the taste were still right though.

    Made butternut squash ravioli with kielbasa and a lemon butter sauce. Also got to use my sage for the first time this season. It turned out really well, especially since I was just using up sausage from another purpose.

    This weekend will finally finally be when I order a ton of Chinese food and cry with joy.

    I saw a very upsetting video where a chef made fries by putting the potatoes in cold oil and then bringing them to temp.

    So, I'm gonna try it.

    Will report back.

    I’ve been having issues with my fries getting too greasy the last couple times I double fried them. You guys think it’s cause maybe the oil wasn’t hot enough? Or fried for too short/too long? I’m bad at frying stuff

    You can toss the fries in the freezer after the first fry and that will help.

    Second fry should only last like 30-45ish seconds.

    12 hours of boiling pork bones and scraps. Does not disappoint. This is gonna make excellent ramen broth base.

    My wife found a recipe to make homemade chick-fil-a nuggets.

    So those will be on the grill while she try’s to make homemade fries too.

    I’m quite excited to try all this.
