This is the Cioppino I made last night. Shrimp, halibut, mussels, and scallops.

These beef plate ribs came out awesome! It’s one of the easiest things to smoke as well as the best tasting IMO.

You can come quarantine and sleep on my couch and make me these meals.

Anyone have any recommendations for seafood/vegetarian dishes to make with sage? I made a brown butter sage garlic sauce for my lobster ravioli and I have a good bit left that I don’t want to go to waste.

I mean you can add sage to roasted vegetables. You could make sage potatoes.

If you have to quarantine for two weeks because of out-of-state cdc restrictions you’ll make a fortune!

I don’t know about seafood/veggie but I’ve made gnocchi sautéed in a garlic and sage browned butter and that was *chefs kiss*

Sage is also great in pasta (which you know). You can actually quickly fry sage and use it as a delicious garnish.

Butternut squash with brown butter sage is a great combo. Serious Eats has a recipe for risotto with it and it is fantastic. I like to make it with a simple pan seared salmon (skin on of course) for a full meal

I would expect scallops to be fantastic with sage. Shrimp, halibut, and other fish, probably those with a stronger flavor, would be okay with it too.
