Fuck, I forgot to add the toilet paper to my list and so now I have to place a separate order.

I realized after it sent me a notification that my order was on the way.

 

I knew I was only getting three things so I just looked at the number 3 over my cart and assumed I was fine but turns out I accidentally ordered bacon twice so now I have like 6 pounds of bacon coming.

 

I wonder if I can make bacon jerky

 

I often freeze bacon when I get extra.

 

Yeah, I have 7 packages of bacon in my freezer now. :[

the thing I hate the most during all of this is figuring out what to do for lunch. I love eating lunch but absolutely hate making it, especially during the week

Cioppino tonight and I got through to the liquor store finally! We’ll make some watermelon mojitos or classic daiquiris. I also intend on marinating some olives and serving them with a little prosciutto and leftover burrata that we have. And lots of bread. Lots and lots of bread.

 

Protip: You don't have to worry about lunch if you just depression sleep until 4pm everyday HAHAHAHahahdohgodsobsobsobimfineeeeeee

I’m sorry! I don’t have one. My plan is to blend watermelon chunks until smooth, strain, and reduce to concentrate the flavor, then add some of that to a regular mojito. I really don’t know what I’m doing. It’ll probably reduce the need for simple syrup/sugar in the drink.

 

Damn!

 

This may be one of the most perfect things I’ve ever made. Everything is exactly what I’ve been craving. The only problem is I didn’t make enough for multiple meals. But wow, I can’t believe how great the chicken is.
