I have store bought dough from a deli and I’m wondering if it would still work, rolling it out with the butter, and chilling it? Hmm I don’t know

 

Pollo a la plancha came out so well and I’m thrilled. Such a satisfying dish that I had been craving for a while.

 

Copious amounts of cheese held that shit together.

I've seen a few friends make the gourmet pop tarts in the last few weeks, they look bomb.

Poptarts are a trash food and that's what makes them gourmet.

 

My flounder meunière came out really well. The brown part of the butter stuck to some leftover flour in the pan, but that’s really my only complaint.

 

This looks so good! I made sole meunière last summer and I didn’t get the texture quite right but it was delicious.

Last I checked, all anyone with any authority is saying about this is that they believe they have yet to observe transmission this way. In the same breath they insinuate that it is difficult to make that observation.

If we know that the virus can be present and transmissible on surfaces, why is it not possible for it to be present on any other item including food? I believe a lot of the argument is that it is not transmissible through ingestion but that makes no argument against breathing it in or rubbing your nose after having touched it.

 

I think most say that you shouldn’t touch your food and wash your hands before eating and after touching the packaging. You also can’t breathe it in if it is stuck on a surface, I think? That way the only thing left is ingestion and that is apparently safe. But yeah overall it still just sounds weird to me lol

 

What I don’t understand is - if all those things are true, then why is touching my face a problem? I wouldn’t breathe that in either wouldn’t I? Or would I? It doesn’t add up to me lol
