Did you actually make the crust? I don't know how people make such a legit pizza with thin crust like that. Every time we used to try the crust would be too thick and wouldn't cook through/evenly.

Also what kinda bbq?

 

The crust was store bought. Cant remember the name off the top of my head but Im a big fan of thin crust pizza.

The bbq sauce is called Blues Hog. The Original and the Tennessee Red is out of this world.

Made some salmon tacos last night

 

Grilled some chicken legs tonight. Dipped a couple in franks hot sauce and bbq sauce.

 

made some homemade reubens today. did the corned beef in the instant pot and it was sooo tender and so easy.

 

Felt inspired tonight so I made a weird ass nut butter mousse using all natural peanut butter, macadamia nut butter from my Hawaii trip in 2018 that I needed to use up, egg yolks, whipped cream, and gelatin. It tasted good when I was licking the spatula and I’m hoping that the texture comes out nice and rich

Just planned our menu for the next week and some highlights are in-n-out style cheeseburgers, chicken tikka masala, roasted pork tenderloin, and stuffed poblano peppers! It's my first time making tikka masala, so I'm very excited. Also, cheeseburgers.
