how’s everyone else doing? The thread has been quiet lately and I totally get that....haha I had Popeyes for dinner Sunday and McDonald’s for lunch today....the food making fatigue is real.

 

Still trying hard to keep things interesting and satisfying during this. Today I baked some of the same bread I posted here a few weeks ago and had the rest of my homemade pasta and ham leftovers, so it was a pretty exciting meal. I’m craving some things that are hard to replicate at home for sure, but mostly doing fine with it still.

I have had this guy for a while and it finally occurred to me to make a honey mustard out of it. It’s perfect for that.
