Yooo I remember what we last did with quinoa. We cooked some up and cooked up some vegan meat grounds and then mixed with cheese and put them inside some peppers for stuffed peppers. Came out very well.

He had someone filet it for him, although apparently not all the bones are out? I'll have to see it when I thaw it.

It’s amazing how good broccoli soup is with just broccoli, water, and salt. A touch of cream if you like.

made a pretty bomb breakfast burrito this morning. flufffffy scrambled eggs w/ cheese melted in, turkey bacon, sautéed onions, more cheese, spinach mix, green tabasco, wrapped & grilled, top the tater smear.

 

making brad’s master stock and then some chicken pot pie this afternoon/evening.

 

Went super old school and make chicken divan tonight, such a comfort dish for me. Also making a small batch of stock with the bones and it smells so great.

The salmon didn’t turn out well, so I improvised with this risotto:

 

Ken please all I have are hot pockets

 

I’m sorry! Do you have eggs? Lol

 

RIP sweet salmon.

 

I am not sure mixing eggs into hot pockets will do anything but I’ll try it out
