apparently the virus reproduces on the respiratory tract, and that is different than the digestive tract. plus chewing and saliva help protect against it

If that is true though then I wonder why they say you can get infected through your eyes

 

Yeah they literally say don't touch your eyes/mouth/face soo...?

 

Because eyes have a mucus and the virus can go into the mucus in your nasal cavity through the eyes. I assume. I know chemistry not biology.

 

Anyone have good quinoa recipe ideas/inspirations? I have a package and no idea how to use it.

No it doesn't, there's mucus in your mouth/nose/throat too, haha. I still don't get it.

 

A lot of Quinoa salads are good, I like them very Mediterranean

I like a lot of roasted veggies on a bed of quinoa. Quinoa is really easy to make and to me doesn’t have a lot of flavor so whatever you’re making with it has to kinda carry the flavor.

 

Must be the enzymes!

 

Yeah that’s my issue haha. I had it once with a chimichurri-type sauce and that was really good so I’m gonna do some thinking about what else I can use that’s in my pantry and has lots of flavor

Yeah he caught it up in New York close to Lake Ontario. He gave me some without me asking for it and then told me with great detail how to cook it. I told him that I like to cook and should be able to handle it, haha.
