Exactly how I feel because I only started watching this about a week ago

I love eggplant maybe too much.

 

it’s okay. not my fave.

 

We tried our gardein’s plant based burgers and they are a solid B+/A-.

also we made the vegan cashew cheese sauce again, adjusted spices and added some Dijon to make it more cheese like and less queso and used it over some elbow noodles for homemade Mac and cheese and it’s great.

is it that much better than pizza pan/pizza stone pizza haha, I could never spend that much money

 

pizza ovens are definitely better than any kind of traditional oven pizza

 

I made huevos rancheros this morning:

 

I can’t remember who recommended it but the banana bread cinnamon rolls but they were DELICIOUS.

 

I did! they have no business being that good but they are!

 

So easy and so delicious!!! Definitely would make again!!!

 

I made something similar for @Matt this morning! A piece of toast with a pureed black bean and tomato-lime sauce and scrambled eggs on top.

 

soppressata and pepperoni pizza tonight. Tried my hand at making my own NY style dough and sauce this time. Dough was alright but not great. I also suck at stretching pizza dough out properly
