one of my old go-to monstrosity weed snacks was an eggo with butter, peanut butter, and syrup

 

came out pretty good! would have liked a bit more airiness, maybe, but the flavor is good! not bad for a first bake, i suppose

 

We made some vegan orange chicken and tried our hand at vegan crab rangoons. We oven fried the rangoons cause we didn’t want to fry them but if they were fried they’d be 100% amazing. Instead, just like 85% great.

edit: I wrote crab rangoons but obvi they aren’t. We used artichoke hearts and vegan cream cheese. I just want them to be crab rangoons.

Looks good!! I bet it could use a few minutes longer in the oven or like 15*F higher and I’m sure the starter will get better with age

 

She’s planning on getting aunt gayle as well. Plus she has the Simpson donut, too. Just a whole cartoon sleeve forming, it’s awesome.

 

definitely. i had a first loaf that i did like 25 higher and like 10 minutes longer and burnt it to shit. just gotta find the sweet spot haha. i'd rather have it on the end of the one from the pic that the first one hahaha

 

couple of pan pizzas tonight, cheese and a pepperoni/kale/sea salt one

 

makin’ a big pot of chili rn. put a bunch of serrano in it to make the kids stronger

 

Finally got to use the wok to make chicken fried rice tonight. Since I couldn’t go to the store, we just used what was in the pantry.

made some brownies from scratch because what else am I gonna do. pretty happy with the crinkle top I managed to get.

 

I haven’t had meat in over two years but fuck I’m stressed and I want bulgogi. This peanut butter will have to do.

 

I’ve not had meat or dairy since October but this quarantine has me seeing way more commercials since I have an abundance of free time and I keep wanting real pizza real bad.
