Here's a rich one
threw together a chili at lunch break. having a pressure cooker is the single most life changing thing.
My girlfriend is making vegan cinnamon rolls yesssss
cut the potato pretty thin kinda frites style, soak them in water until they release starch, dry them, then 7 minutes at 360, turn and another 7 minutes, then 8 minutes at 390.
here’s my terribly plated chili that I already started eating. it’s dank tho got some habenero. also there’s my foot.

banana bread cinnamon rolls seem sort of obvious? haha but I've never ever considered it until this very moment and I feel like a damn fool.
This is great, I need to send it to my brother to make for my niece. The only ingredient I don’t have at the moment is bananas, so hopefully I can stock up on those soon.
I'm making thin onion rings, or onion strings, tonight. Does anyone have a recipe that they think is the best? I've done some research online, but this if my first time making them from scratch.
I think I'm going to slice them thinly, soak them in buttermilk for several hours, then dip into seasoned flour, back into the buttermilk, and then once more into the flour. Seems easy enough, but I rarely deep fry, so it should be interesting.
Or maybe I'll combine flour & cornmeal and only dip once. Any suggestions/advice is greatly appreciated.

the combo sounds pretty fire for that
making hoagies for philly steaks this weekend and gonna try my first sourdough loaf too
haha we were talking yesterday about trying to do a ‘bloomin onion’ tonight - we will see how it goes
