Made my famous potato egg and hot dog breakfast scramble

i’ve been using molly baz’s scrambled eggs method and i never would have thought to do it but it seems so dumb to have ever not

Taking advantage of having two people home by planning some dishes that are easier with help. Tomorrow will be moussaka, which I haven’t done in forever.

 

basically just very low heat and almost constantly stirring, so you can break up any big curdles that form. it's mainly just a textural thing more so than taste, but i've found that it makes the overall thing a bit "better"

 

This vegetable soup smells incredible

Made a super savory and tasty chicken noodle soup today by stirring in a couple tablespoons of leftover chimichurri. What an amazing discovery.

ram don. picked the noodles up from the local asian market since it was empty. green onions and sirloin. my wife made the sesame oil and fish sauce mixture, along with some other stuff. pretty, pretty good

 

made chocolate cream pie and jambalaya today. Got a bunch of groceries Friday to make a bunch of stuff throughout the next week/two weeks

Unfortunately no but it’s from the pizza shop I used to work at so I know what’s in it/how to handle it :)
