Really good. Had we been better and cutting into even slices it would’ve been stellar. Even still, it was completely fork tender.

those videos do more harm than good imo. teaching people the wrong way to cook things. some of the major companies are guilty of this like buzzfeed, food & wine, bon appetit, etc.

It doesn't matter how thoroughly I scrub the bottom of a pan. I would never think it's clean enough to cook a crepe with.

Made the basically no knead focaccia and it was the easiest bread I’ve ever made. Just a little waiting for the dough to rise but other than that super simple.Shockingly Easy No-Knead Focaccia Recipe

Going to crock pot a pork tenderloin for tonight. Anyone have any good ideas?

Last couple times I've made pineapple glazed carnitas and a garlic pepper rubbed pork with mashed potatoes.

Why not just sear it off in a pan? It's such a lean piece of meat, my advice would be to skip the crockpot or go for a fattier cut like a butt/shoulder if you want to braise something.

That said, this recipe is fucking unreal:

I appreciate it, have a busy day so figure I could throw something in the crock pot to make dinner easy.

Man that recipe does sound amazing and I have all the ingredients!

I typically buy Wegman's or Trader Joe's brands and think both are pretty good.

Idk how high your pita standards are though lol

Can't wait until farm stands start opening back up!! There's one right by my job that's on the way home and I love stopping there and getting local produce. I'm ready for spring y'all

I just picked up some really nice shiitake mushrooms. I think I'll be making a risotto with them and some frozen peas I have. Might **** around and poach an egg for on top too.
