    Ottolenghi SIMPLE by Yotam Ottolenghi

    I bought this cookbook recently and I highly recommend it. Yotam Ottolenghi is definitely one of the most interesting "big" cooks out there currently. Also, the last recipe of the book is a traditional Swiss cookie :hearteyes:

    Thank you for this, it's what I ended up going with!

    That set I bought will hopefully cover my needs (for now) but there's nothing I want more than some high quality knives at some point. I'll keep those brands in mind when I have room in the budget for more. :tongue:

    Made the herb caper sauce from this recipe - my aunt had me over for dinner one night and topped roasted cauliflower with it and it was so delicious. It's very similar to pesto. Right now I'm eating it with some raw veggies and it's a perfect compliment. I added an extra clove of garlic because more garlic is always the right answer.
