Lots of cooking today. First for breakfast was homemade cinnamon rolls
    F6E25876-BC6F-481B-AB5D-C00E3D748FCF.jpeg

Christmas dinner was an all belly porcheta, roasted potatoes, shaved carrot salad, Yorkshire pudding, and lefse. Not healthy at all but very rich and satisfying.

    Dessert was cheesecake with blueberries

I got some dried squid and lemon pepper salmon jerky, both so good

  11. Had raclette for Christmas, which is very different than what I usually eat at that time of the year, but honestly that was worth it.

Milk, with hazelnuts. Try to get Swiss chocolate though. I can't vouch for anything else lol

Also works without the booze btw

Be kind; everyone is on their own journey.

Been making street tacos out of left overs lately...some of the ideas are a bit out there. So far the favorites are the Cheeseburger Taco, and the Chicken Parm Taco.

Cheeseburger taco in order from bottom to top:
    Flour Tortilla browned
cheez whiz mixed up with Chipotle Chili Powder (trust me)
    shredded ice burg lettuce
Ground Beef seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning
    Diced Grilled Onions
Sour Cream mixed with bbq sauce (4/1 ratio)
Topped with those crispy onion things

    Chicken Parm version:
    Flour Tortilla lightly browned
Sour cream mixed with pesto (2/1 ratio)
left over fried chicken thighs diced into bitesize pieces
    homemade tomato sauce
    shredded mozzerella
    broil until cheese is bubbly
    top with fresh basil chiffonade

    Fold and enjoy...

I had a hot cheeto burrito and that was interesting. It was basically a normal burrito with Cheetos in it and also Cheeto dust mixed in and it was just meh. I think the Cheetos got soggy fast so it ruined them in the burrito also they overpowered the meat.
