cooked both my dishes in cast iron and I anticipate just having to rinse the pie out and maybe give the sweet potatoes a little scrub with hot water. follow up with a little seasoning and high heat and they’ll be ready for breakfast tomorrow.
the only downside is that I had to use the old non-stick to cook my breakfast this morning while these two were baking.

 

not a big cranberry fan, but that sounds delicious.

 

It’s fantastic. The orange juice route is fine but fruited sours are my new go to.

Mac n cheese at this dinner was burnt so on the way home I picked up an impossible burger which is also burnt

I don’t know if I recommended this one before, but it is my favorite food podcast. It’s about food in the South (but not just what you think of as Southern Food), but as is often the case with food, a lot of it feels very universal. Almost all episodes are like small documentaries.
