I wish you could have reviewed the breakfast burger from Whataburger before I tried it

 

Anyone got some good uses for beet leaves/stems? Got a bunch sitting in my fridge left from this weekend and not sure what to do with them

I'm excited for dinner tonight. Going to stuff some poblano peppers with a mixture of ground turkey, black beans, roasted butternut squash, cilantro, and red onion... then top with a lime crema, more cilantro, pico, and some cheese.

 

Anyone else cooking up something tasty tonight?

 

For the last several nights I've said I'm going to make roasted veggies and tortellini and I think tonight may be the actual night that I follow through
