I eat meat maybe every few weeks or even months these days. It mostly depends on if I go out to eat or not and where I go, because I basically only eat meat outside the house and even then only if it's at a place that I feel like is really good at making a meat dish I'm interested in (or if I'm at a friend's place). The country I live in has some pretty excellent meat replacement products though. Also I grew up eating and cooking cuisines that are very vegetarian-friendly (not vegan-friendly though).

Dairy on the other hand is a different beast. I really don't like most dairy replacement products. I mean, some milk replacement products are fine, but I do not like them in my coffee, which is how I consume 95% of the milk I buy.

I went to go try jasmine tea milk with boba and banh mi and I have some thought. Jasmine Tea Milk was fine. I think I’d like it if it was a bit sweeter. I added the boba and yeah I didn’t really care for it at all. The real highlight of it though was the banh mi. that was legit really good and had honey pork bbq in it so you know it was quality.

Chick Fil A is a especially bad but no fast food chain is even remotely holy whereas most are outright evil

 

This series is going to be my bible, since I am responsible for cooking Thanksgiving dinner this year with my dad and I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. I wish my pro chef sister was coming home for Thanksgiving but alas

 

The potatoes they made for this series sound incredible.
