But you could make the duxelles from it using your new food processor and add it to some other dish less expensive haha

 

also, make your own pesto and garlic butter for garlic bread!

 

and food-process your mirepoix when making bolognese

You know I eat a lot of junk and fast food but it's crazy, the only time I get sick is McDonald . Idk if it's bad luck or whatever but every single time

 

McDonalds usually gives me a stomach ache and a zit the next day lol

But sometimes it just really hits the spot..

 

The one I have is like 6 to 8 inches wide and I love it. It’s mini but has all the chopping/grinding power I need.

 

This is the set i have and i love it...super consistent chopping, processor is small and works great, and a good price for what you get.

I've had mine for a couple years, love it. Blade has kept its razor sharp edge, only complaint is how many times I've sliced myself getting it out of the dishwasher lol.

That's interesting. I have a very sensitive, uh, digestive system and McDonald's is pretty much the only place I can count on to not give me any problems.

 

Lol growing up my dad would always joke about his 'Big Mac zit" that he would always get from there

 

My biggest issue is that I have GERD but can't stop eating acidic foods and spicy nuggets now that they're back at Wendy's. Talk about a stomach ache.
