Made saffron risotto

 

Treated myself and feasted today.

 

Someone told me to get a muffin pan and put an egg in each spot and bake for 30min to hard boil them and I'm v ?????? I feel like normal boiling takes less time??? Why would I do that

 

lots of weird ways to cook eggs. none are really any quicker/cleaner than the standards.

 

What to order from Potbelly??

Anyone like Firehouse subs? I've never been but I get a free sub for my birthday. What's their best?

 

I have never been, but there is one nearby. Let me know how it is!

 

It's pretty good. I get the steak and cheese and then add some stuff. They have like 30 different hot sauces and their normal Firehouse sauce that's good. I use the firehouse sauce as a base and then mix different hot sauces in with it.

I had the New York Steamer and it was very, very good. Maybe the best hot sub I've had from a chain.

Hot sauce selection was really cool.

For cold subs I don't think I've had better than Jersey Mikes. That shit is amazing.

 

I've never had a chain place make a better sub than what I can get at a local Italian joint, but what do I know? I'm just rollin' out. Looking for all of America's greatest

just as long as no one is in here saying Jimmy Johns is the best then we're good

 

I really don't eat that many subs tho

they're good and all but there's just so many other things to eat that are better that I rarely even want one

As many of u know, I have been craving a banh mi for several long grueling months. Well this weekend I'll be in the city and I'm gonna get my banh mi!! I told my sister I dgaf if we eat like breadcrumbs and McDonald's for the other meals as long as I can get my banh mi

 

I'm alone all week so I'm not cooking I had Indonesian yesterday. I don't know if you all have access to a lot of Indonesian food where you live, but in the Netherlands it's everywhere. Anyway, it's absolutely amazing.

Better than it looks! Although I need to make more of a crust next time and cook it at a hotter temperature. I have to do some experimenting.
