Made orange tofu. It's prob one of my fave things I've made with tofu. Any time I don't have to marinate tofu or bake it for over an hour I am pleased. It def doesn't look as orange and delish as the picture tho lol

This is true, toast is amazing. Having a four slice toaster is very dangerous for me. When it's my wife and I, we each make two slices and all is well, but when it's just me, I can't let half of the toaster sit idle so I end up making four slices for myself.

my mom has been on that keto diet and so I have been trying to be a good son and support her but like all my favorite foods are non-keto so I was like ..... just one keto meal a week for me please.

 

Tbh I try to have a whatever works attitude towards how people eat, but I don't rly get that diet. My sister did it and enjoyed it. my mom still does it and uses it to fuel her disordered af eating. Either way I thought it was ridic that there were some perfectly fine things they wouldn't eat.

 

Making mac n cheese this weekend for a crowd. Gonna ruin mac and cheese for some people with this one. 2.5 lbs of cheese and 2 lbs of pasta. Let's get it.

Any self respecting mac & cheese has at least a 1:1 ratio of cheese to pasta.
