Tried the Beyond Meat Italian sausage and I have to say it could actually pass for meat if I didn't know. I did not feel that way about their burger or the Impossible Burger. I'd definitely recommend people try it if they're looking to give up or cut back on meat.

 

I wish I could find Beyond anywhere. I have a feeling it's in the town about 45min away. The store locater says it's at the Safeway here in town but I look every time I go and dont see it and like not even the empty spaces like it's sold out. Are they like some of those other brands that are veggie but are in the meat aisle???

 

Yea, I usually see the burger in the meat section at my local Safeway.

The stuff you can get sliced from the deli can be alright sometimes but get out of here with that pre-sliced shit. Swiss, pepper jack, and Muenster all the way.

 

American cheese has its place, namely burgers and sometimes grilled cheese. Nothing melts like it does.

As a side note, I made mac and cheese last night and it was pretty great.

Ketchup, Apple cider vinegar, soy, garlic and cornstarch make a great sweet and sour...just sayin.

 

Omg I dont have the mint app on this phone but I still get their emails even tho I swear I unsubscribed and they broke down how much I spent this week and it was so much on restaurants I almost had a breakdown like wtf I spend that much on food what is my life omg who do I think I am like Johnny Depp spending his entire income on wine??? And then I realized it was from when I got pizza for a group and I used my debit card and they paid me their share in cash but Mint doesn't know that part so they just think I spent a zillion dollars on pizza lol
