I was craving in n out so I went today after my eye appointment.

It was around noon when I went and it was the worst decision ever. I mean the food was still good but like there was a line out the door and no where to sit plus a good 15+ cars in the drive thru line and it was just nuts.

 

This sounds rigged

 

I went to the pho place and got my pad Thai with tofu which is such a cliche white person dish but it was the only vegetarian option when they first opened and now they have more but the pad Thai is so good I can't stop getting it and anyway I got some takeout and I swear I could smell it was different before I even opened it and it's like blander than usual?? I'm so distraught

 

got my first box of Mallomars of the season yesterday. they’ll always be my favorite cookies. nothing else even comes close

 

Finally ordered something besides pad Thai. It is good... But as good as the pad Thai?? Idk idk

 

is that pineapple? now you just need some pizza, sorry you're basically vegan forgot

 

There is no pineapple. I wish! Makes everything better espesh pizza

 

just got the new Italian Hero pizza from Papa J with “Creamy Italian Sauce,” which I assumed was like, a thick red sauce. nope, John literally just put Italian dressing on a pizza

Made buffalo cauliflower because I miss wings, turns out I still don’t like cauliflower

 

how did you prepare it? I had some at the fair and loved them, but I also am down with the cauliflower.

 

I coated them in a batter with flour, corn starch, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika then fried them. The first few pieces were great but then they got a little soggy after sitting in the buffalo sauce. I’m going to cut them into smaller pieces next time.

 

I think the place I got them from roasts them first, and then fries them, maybe that gets rid of a little more moisture?

 

Oh that’s a really good idea, that should help a decent bit.

I went for a walk this afternoon and there was this block party thing downtown in my little town, and there was a kettle corn truck that smelled delicious but I didn't have my wallet, so I just drove back to buy a bag. Worth it.

 

the Fresno fair is in two weeks and I'm so ready to try every disgusting thing in the fair.
